Small Business Saturday is Nov 25 this year – the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Be ready to Shop Small, AND Shop Sustainable at your local sustainable small businesses!
Sustainable Pittsburgh has recognized more than 200 small business owners in the region with the Sustainable Small Business Designation. This program elevates small business owners who are working to make their business and community more equitable, prosperous and environmentally responsible. In short, they’re becoming more sustainable!
Please support designated Sustainable Small Businesses on November 25th and throughout this holiday season. They include bakeries, clothing boutiques, hobby shops, florists, salons, barbers, restaurants, bookshops and so much more. A full list of businesses is available here: shopsustainablesmallbiz.org.
