The Urban Land Institute in Pittsburgh is pleased to announce its 4th Annual Placemaking Awards for Excellence with 2016 special honoree: The Heinz Endowments and Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. This fall awards event is our annual opportunity to formally recognize outstanding projects, achievements and leaders in our city.
