SUMMARY:Triboro Ecodistrict / Sustainable Pittsburgh Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Over the past couple of months\, the Triboro Ecodistrict has been talking with Sustainable Pittsburgh to roll out a promotions campaign during the month of March to support and incentivize green business practices in our communities for all shops and restaurants receiving the sustainable Pittsburgh designation. This is part of the lead up to Earth Day celebrations in April. For the remainder of February\, we will encourage as many businesses as possible to sign up and complete the Sustainable Pittsburgh shops and restaurants designation. During the month of March\, all businesses in our communities that have received any level of designation will receive free marketing support and will be featured and promoted via a partnership with the Triboro Ecodistrict\, Sustainable Pittsburgh and Shift Collaborative. \nThis workshop is to help assist business owners with the application and to answer any questions about receiving the sustainable designation and the free marketing campaign. \nLight refreshments will be served.
