If so\, join us for this in-person workshop! \n\n\n\n\nLearn about DEP’s new Cooking in Healthy ElectrifiedCommercial Kitchens (CHECK) rebate program forRestaurants\, K-12 schools\, higher education institutions\, and nonprofits whose missionsfocus on healthcare or community services.\n\n\n\nChef Chris Galarza of Forward Dining Solutions will provide in-person demonstrations ofvarious induction cooking equipment and explain how it works to reduce facility energycosts and improve the health of building occupants.
