DESCRIPTION:Subdivision and land development ordinances (SALDO) are the most common form of land use regulation in Pennsylvania. In this workshop\, we will discuss all things SALDO including MPC requirements\, how to adopt a SALDO\, review processes\, updating ordinances\, how stormwater management relates to a SALDO\, and lessons learned along the way.
