New EV Charging Pilot: Incentives Available!

Duquesne Light is helping pave the way for vehicle electrification in Pittsburgh. The latest example is the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Pilot, which provides rebates for commercial customers to install Level 2 EV charging stations on publicly accessible property. Hosting a charging station can attract customers and help retain employees, as well as provide environmental benefits to the community and demonstrate your organization’s innovative leadership and commitment to sustainability.

Qualifying projects must install a minimum of four dual-port Level 2 EV charging stations (eight parking spots). Qualifying installation costs eligible for rebate include charger installation costs from the meter to the charging station, such as an electrical panel, cable, and conduit necessary to deliver power to the charger. When combined with Pennsylvania’s Driving PA Forward Level 2 charging station rebate, significant total project costs can be covered. Learn more by emailing
