In the final segment of our biweekly SPI feature on Sustainable Pittsburgh’s Decarb Digest, we pivoted our focus to Section 7, titled “Develop New, More Comprehensive Systems to Track Progress Through Policy and Alliances.” As decarbonization ventures and investments reshape the region, we need new systems to manage and measure these actions to define success. Innovative approaches to community engagement, measurement, and accountability systems can facilitate sustainable change at a meaningful scale. This section outlines the entities spearheading these efforts.
