Instructions for data calculation

To calculate your answers to these questions, please use the data you uploaded for the “sharing demographic data” question as follows:

Gender and leadership: (Sum of all managers and board of director members who identify as women, non-binary, or another gender / Total number of managers and board director members) * 100

Race and leadership: (Sum of all managers and board of director members who identify as Black or African American, Asian, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, or Two or more races / Total number of managers and board director members) * 100

If your organization does not have a board of directors, please provide numbers that reflect only managers. Managers are defined as employees at the organization that have responsibility for either teams or particular projects, and should include all levels of management at the company (including executives). The details of this may vary by organization (source: B Corp).
