MS4 Program Management: Introduction to Pollutant Reduction Plans (PRPs)

The 2018 PADEP General MS4 Permit outlines requirements associated with development and implementation of Pollutant Reduction Plans (PRPs) varying from pathogens to sediment. This workshop was developed to outline considerations and processes for development of PRPs applicable to the southwest Pennsylvania region; including, but not limited to, plan development process, estimating loadings, implementation schedules & tasks, and “right-sizing” BMPs and control measures.
