Reporting increase in leadership diversity

Please calculate the increase in leadership diversity using the demographic information about your organization’s leadership for the base year and current year that you reported.

Calculate the percent change as follows:(Sum of all managers and board of director members who identify as Black or African American, Asian, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, or Two or more races in the current year – sum of the same for the base year) / sum of the same from the base year * 100

If your organization does not have a board of directors, please provide numbers that reflect only managers. Managers are defined as employees at the organization that have responsibility for either teams or particular projects, and should include all levels of management at the company (including executives). The details of this may vary by organization (source: B Corp).
