Organizations across southwestern Pennsylvania are signing up to compete, save and win through the Sustainable Pittsburgh Challenge! If your organization is on the fence about signing up, now is the time to take action! The deadline to sign up to compete in Wednesday, January 31. Get involved and see how the Challenge can help your organization save money, engage employees, and gain positive public recognition in the community.
All businesses, nonprofits, colleges/universities, and municipalities operating in Southwestern Pennsylvania are invited to participate in this free and friendly competition. Track improvements in the areas of energy, water, waste, air quality, transportation, social equity, and employee engagement. Networking receptions, professional development, and technical assistance are all benefits to participating.
Every action adds up to big impact: since 2011, more than 250 participants saved $10 million in energy and enough water to fill Heinz Field 230 feet deep! Use this competition to advance your organization’s sustainability and receive credit for your achievements.
Sign up by January 31 at SPChallenge.org. And join us at the Feb. 15 workshop to learn more.
