Ethics for Public Officials

This will be a practical “nuts and bolts” review of the provisions set by the Pennsylvania State Ethics Act which are often most problematic for elected and appointed government officials and employees. The provisions of the State Ethics Act and potential penalties for violations will be reviewed, along with application of those provisions.
