The theme this year is the health and environmental impacts of plastic pollution, as well as solutions
that make a local/global impact.
Plastic pollution is a global health issue. We live in a world where eating/drinking/breathing microplastic particles and finding plastic bags and bottles in our oceans, shorelines and marine life is an everyday occurrence.
Join Women for a Healthy Environment to mix and mingle, and learn more about research and how to take impactful action on plastic toxicity.
Tickets include light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and opportunity to meet locally-owned businesses showcasing their natural, organic and sustainable consumer products.
